Issue: A sudden end to the app:
Solution: The biggest problem faced by Cinemabox users is the sudden end to the app such that your app automatically simultaneously closes on its own. This spontaneous shut down of the app only leads to one easy discovery and ultimately and easy solution. The app needs an update! We tend to update our apps on PC because we’re not normally used to doing so, forgetting that just like in the cellphones, apps need an update on PC, too.
Issue: Link not working
Solution: Another common error the app tends to have sometimes is when the link doesn’t work. The app will have a ‘link is not working’ clearly written as a prominent notice on the screen preventing you to view your show or the video you opened. This normally happens when you’ve downloaded the app using VShare. To overcome this problem in order to continue watching your show, what you have to do is shut down the app on your device, firstly. Then, turn off every cellular location and wifi connection including your 3G or 4G. Also, you WiFi radio and try to open the app without any connection. Now, you can turn your WiFi connection or 4G back on, play your video again.
Issue: Wifi errors during the video
Solution: The very dull error most of the users complain is the sudden ending of the video while watching which is only related to your Wifi Modem or your internet connection. This usually gives a sign later of ‘No connection’ visibly on the screen hence you always know what to do! Turn your modem off, restart it and wait for it to reconnect, reshuffle and refresh your cellphone and/or PC. Connect the Wifi again,
Issue: Problem with the subtitles
Solution: A few users complained that they cannot turn on the subtitles or if they’re on, can’t turn them off somehow. There’s a CC button at the bottom of the video which helps turn on the subtitles or turn them off and not just this but it also allows you to choose the language, although the options are limited. Other times the subtitles aren’t given by the uploader (very rarely in Cinemabox app) and you can press help, write them the issue and the app owners/workers take it very seriously and get the subtitles done as soon as possible.
